The difference is the scope of identity validation. DV validates domain control, OV also validates the organization’s identity, and EV includes a more detailed organization vetting. This distinction alone does not mean stronger connection encryption.

After you order, domain validation is completed. OV and EV products also require organization vetting. Delivery time depends on the certificate authority and the validation steps; you can track your order status in the panel.

Yes. With the REST API, you can list products, create orders and track certificate status. You need to create an API key in the panel and add your server’s IP address to the allowlist.

Open a ticket from the Support section in the reseller panel. Include the relevant order number and describe what you’re experiencing. You can track your ticket and the replies from the same screen.

Wildcard covers the same-level subdomains of the specified domain. For example, *.example.com is valid for app.example.com but not for api.app.example.com. Check whether the root domain is covered in the product you select.

In the panel, you can use the PEM, ZIP and PFX download options your order supports. Which format you need depends on the server or application where you’ll install the certificate.
