Get your validation details
Review the validation methods and required values shown in the order details. Not every certificate authority or product supports the same methods. Always follow the current instructions the panel gives for your order.
Validation via DNS
Add the specified record type, name and value in your domain’s DNS management. Check for typos and whether your DNS provider appends the domain name automatically. Records may take some time to become visible.
Validation via file or email
For the file method, upload the given content to the specified location and check that it’s accessible externally. For the email method, follow the steps in the approval message sent to an address the authority allows. The file method may not be available for Wildcard products.
Check the result
After completing the process, check the validation status in the panel. If the issue persists, open a support ticket with your order number and the steps you followed. Never include your private key or API secret in a support message.
